Terms & Conditions

All rates are for double occupancy and include a stupid amount of compulsory tax as well as a fantastic breakfast spread.
Extra bed Rs 1000 per night including breakfast.
Reservations will be confirmed against a single night non-refundable deposit.
Payment via bank transfer.
Special rates for booking all three rooms and long-stay guests.
Minimum stay of 2 nights except during the festive season when we require a minimum 5 night stay.
Check-out 12 noon – check-in 2.00pm.
The Monsoon Season rate is from 2nd May to 30th September.
The Festive Season runs from 20th December to 6th January.
The High Season is from 1st October to 19th December and from 7th January to 1st May.
